    Dry Eye Treatment

    Dry Eye is a condition where the eye doesn’t provide enough quality tears to keep the eye lubricated. Symptoms of dry eyes include: blurred vision, red eyes, excess watering, and irritated, gritty, scratchy or burning eyes.

    Ocular Disease Management

    There are eye conditions that can degrade the quality of vision and may lead to blindness. Also many body conditions show up in the eye that can lead to blindness or death. These conditions may be chronic, gradual or acute. Because of this it is important to see your optometrist regularly to maintain eye and body health.

    Specialty Contact Lenses

    Lenses like traditional gas permeable lenses and scleral contact lenses are commonly used in individuals who are unable to have adequate vision with glasses and soft contacts alone. From improving symptoms of dry eye disease to providing clear vision to those with distorted corneas and high amounts or irregular types of astigmatism, specialty contact lenses are a helpful medical device.

    Our optometrists perform Laser surgical procedures at our clinic to eliminate secondary cataracts (membrane opacifications) and to treat glaucoma.

    Lesion Removal

    We remove lesions of the eyelids and surrounding tissue using a new scalpel-less technology. Common lesions we remove are skin tags, papillomas, hemangiomas, old styes and others.

    Myopia Management

    Myopia develops during childhood, which causes children to become nearsighted (blurred vision at distance). If myopia continues to progress to higher levels, your child has a higher risk of developing dangerous eye diseases later in life. Myopia management are treatments designed to slow this progression and reduce an individuals risk.

    Vision Therapy

    Evidence based medicine use to improve visual skills and abilities; improve visual comfort, ease, and efficiency; and change visual processing or interpretation of visual information. A vision therapy program consists of supervised in-office and at home reinforcement with the use of exercises, lenses (“training glasses”), prisms, filters, patches, electronic targets, or balance boards.

    Cataract Surgery

    The procedure has improved considerably over the years and is now a minimally invasive outpatient procedure. Most patients see an improvement in vision even on day one!

    Lasik & Beyond

    LASIK is an outpatient refractive surgery procedure used to treat nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. A laser is used to reshape the cornea — the clear, round dome at the front of the eye — to improve the way the eye focuses light rays onto the retina at the back of the eye.
