Dr. Tiffany Silver, born and raised in Cheyenne, graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Biomedical Science. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry with Magna Cum Laude honors. While in school she was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and represented UHCO twice at the Varilux Student Bowl at AOA’s Optometry’s Meeting.
Dr. Silver received extensive training fitting contact lenses of all types, including those patients with corneal disease that require specialty or complex contact lenses. She was able to gain invaluable knowledge in the treatment and management of dry eye while completing a rotation at The Dry Eye Center at the University of Houston. She additionally completed rotations at Ehrling Bergquist Clinic at Offutt Air Force Base, and an intensive ocular disease rotation at BridgeBuilders Eye Clinic in Dallas, TX.
In her free time, Dr. Silver enjoys running, shooting trap and sporting clays, anything Jimmy Buffett, and spending time with her husband, Max and their 3 dogs.
